Very rude. I called for help no help at all. Now I have to file a form 14157-A. All I wanted was my tax papers to verify. It may take a lil longer for me 2 get my money didn’t want to go this route but here we are.
It was my second year around filling my taxes with first choice and let me tell you my homegirl Patricia M. hooked me up. I am so amazed at her job and her good customer service. I really enjoy her timely manner and her dedication to her job. I recommend family and friends to go file y’all’s taxes with her she is the best of the best
