Ken has been our go to guy since we bought a 38ft’ 5th wheel. Not only was he prompt at finding solutions, he was resourceful and patient in trying to understand our configuration. Someone had done electrical alterations and Ken was able to figure out each step we needed to take. His friendly and professional demeanor makes it easy to welcome him into our space. I had electrical issues In my motorhome. I first called Grumpys and the call taker said She'd have someone call me back. That didn't happen so I figured they were too busy for me so I called First Choice RV. Ken was very willing to come out and take a look and I really liked the fact that He is a mobile repair business. He had everything up and running in no time at all and was very reasonable for His time. He's very dependable and a likeable guy and in the future He'll be my RV repair choice every time.
We had a company in Arizona work on our heater payed to have it replaced it was not done instead they came with a new box but old heater into the box. This heater has not been made in 8 years. ( Big Mikes Mobile RV Service out of Parker AZ) so when we came to Oregon we contacted Ken. What wonderful service. They fixed this old heater and air conditioning, informed us the last installer/ repair man didn’t wire it right, nor attach it to the ground…. Came too our camp spot. Prompt service. Honest about diag and repair. Ac is now cooling our rv from 85 to 70 and it's only been an hour since they left. Dealt with our warranty program and got job done. Give em a call if you need rv repairs.
