Pathetic Communication We had two bathrooms remodeled. We were happy with the cost and the quality of work, BUT, communication is absolutely pathetic. Emails are not replied to, calls are not returned. We have had a minor issue with a toilet that they installed and we have gotten absolutely no satisfaction. After Dominic returns the tenth email, or the eighth message, his response is always vague and non-specific about when they will come by to fix it. Devistated by this experience I say Last Choice or no choice at all! My first clue that I was going to have a bad experience with should have come at the beginning. We had communication problems with Dominic when trying to obtain the proposal. After getting the proposal and signing the contract, Dominic was working on getting the permit. We wanted status updates on what was happening each day and there were days when we would leave messages and not get a response back yet. Bathroom Remodel To whom it may concern: Our master bathroom shower needed an update. In these turbulent economic times, we did not want to put a lot of money into the update because we did not know if we would be able to get it back out of the house any time soon. We contacted 5 contractors and asked for quotes. After 4 of the 5 contacted us back and came out to view the job, only Dominic with First Choice delivered on what he promised.
