It’s been a year now with multiple email communications and being ghosted by Darrell Evangelista, I never received my security deposit back. I gave the forwarding address in a timely manner and should have received it within 60 days in agreement with our lease. We will be reporting to DORA as this also violated DORA 1.34. Money Belonging to Others by not returning our deposit within 30 days. We were also told the owners were selling and couldn’t resell then I saw the place listed for rent on Zillow.
