This agency is not good for your loved ones. The owner is not responsible. I’m reporting the agency to the state. She knew I was under the doctors care. She didn’t provide me with an aide. She made all kind of lame excuses for her aide. Put words into my mouth that I never said to get away with me responsible for her unprofessional behavior. She doesn’t care.
