Absolutely the most amazing landlords anyone could ask for. Compared to other rental companies they are compassionate and put there tenants needs as there 1st priority. It's a very busy place with lots of things to take care of so for landlords under so much stress they are the kindest people. That truly try to work with everyone.
I'd give them 0 stars if I could. They are straight thieves and do not care about their tenants at all. You're better off ANY where else, even if it is way more expensive.
Worst property managers in klamath. Rented from them and they're neglectful. You'll be charged for any repairs to the home even if they were pre-existing to you moving in. Inspections include your personal items, not the property itself. We had 6 people sign a lease that they accepted, but then said we had too many people in the house...? 2 couples, 2 single people.
