They lost the mail key for my tenant. I gave mine to the tenant and they could not give me a good copy, so now they told me that I did not need it. They implied that I was trying to gain entry to my tenant ‘s mailbox. I had every right to have a good mail key. They just did not want to fess up to the fact that they lost the working key that I gave them. I severed my business with them, needless to say.
