I waited to call at 4:15 because they close at 5. The automated system said I am next in line and no one has answered the phone. Now I left before because I need med refills the nurse didn’t call me back and I’ve waited 20 minutes. I’ve had bad interactions over the phone w staff. Hopefully in 2026 they get people who want to help versus get paid only. Emery Hwy has great staff and should be who answers the phone because I believe they are dropping calls and are inconsiderate of out health needs. I’m not stressing over hatef... read more
I had my first visit today at First Choice. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. V. Anderson was also. Dr. Anderson was thorough, patient, knowledgeable and kind as well. Very reassuring to know that I have such a great medical facility close to me in downtown Macon!
