I called the office to schedule an appointment, only to be on hold for 15 minutes then sent to their voicemail. The recording playing throughout said “one of our team members will assist you, there are 2 callers ahead of you” then there was one caller left, then I was sent to voicemail. The front office also cannot figure out how to bill the correct insurance I have. As far as how being seen by the doctor goes, I’ve waited 30-45 minutes in the patient room to see the doctor.
