0 Stars. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company was used a lot by me in the past for a new system as well as maintenance. I also referred several neighbor's for more business. I had a maintenance contract with them. The technician that came did not know what he was doing, screwed up my system, and in the middle of the winter the HEAT STOPPED WORKING the day they did their maintenance. Took them 3 trips and the manager rudely blamed MY SYSTEM. I had referred them to my neighbors and they all know my story.
Way overpriced. They charge double the customary price. I don’t think they’re honest.
What a great crew. Hard working and attention to detail. Nick and his team were attentive and communicative.
Eli did a great job on my water main repair and bib installation. I recommend him and the company. Very responsive and professional.
