Just want to give a warning to anyone who may be considering to use 1st Choice Plumbing located in Newport News. They were awarded my service from my home warranty program and after confirming with both 1st Choice Plumbing and our Warranty Company they never showed. Not only did they not show but no communication the entire time I took off work to be here waiting for them. Outstanding service. Quickly identified the problem with water heater. Worked seamlessly with the warranty company to get approval for service. Removed old water heater and installed new water heater in just 60 minutes. Technicians very professional, explained what they were doing throughout the entire process. Great company to work with.
Extremely helpful. The plumber Rich went above and beyond with such a calm demeanor. He even cleaned up after himself which is nice to see. Not just the wrapping the water heater came in , but cleaned my leaking mess and squeezed out my towels.Thank you again for everything.
