After learning we did not need a squirrel removed from the attic, the technician highly recommended we get insulation. They refereed our case to Anthony who proceeded to strong arm us into making an immediate decision. He stated we were in violation, and needed insulation. He quoted an outrages price for the job. I asked him to send the quote to me which he never did. After checking with 2 other companies, we learned we are in compliance and we did not need what was recommended by Anthony. Just save yourself the effort and call orkin. I always try to support local businesses so I chose this place two years ago. During one of our appointments the employee sprayed inside my garage including my kids toys. They were supposed to be spraying the perimeter of the house. We were outside, he could have asked us to close the garage door, he could have skipped it, instead he just kept spraying. It gets worse. I called and complained and was assured I’d get a call back.
