I have been calling all month... Leaving messages, he doesn't return phone calls yet. I was told to wait for his call over 21 days ago.... Will update when I actually get ahold of him, but this isn't professional at all so far. Update: months later... never heard from him. Left 5 messages over nearly 3 months. I ended up using an Ortho home defence max brand from home depot. I followed the instructions precisely and havent seen a single insect (in question) since.

On time and 2 visits pest seem to have been eradicated happy with this service so far
He showed up vet quickly. Could have charged me anything! Like all around my property innate And out but only charge me 20 dollars. I would definitely recommend.
Jeff showed up on time with his mask on (due to COVID). He was thorough and professional. Highly recommended.
