I am extremely frustrated with this office. It is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. Every time I call, I am routed to an answering service that refuses to transfer me to the front desk. Instead, I keep getting transferred to billing, even when my issue has nothing to do with billing. I've spent far too much time trying to reach the right person without any success.
