Disappointed by the lack of empathy and compassion this place showed. I know this is a corporate machine but it’s a business that cares for children, compassion should be key. I had an appointment for three of children. One being 6 month old. My appointments were for 10:00,10:40, and 11:05. I was running late when they called me at 10:05. I told them I would be there at 10:10. Not once did she mention there is no grace period. Once I arrive they tell me they can’t see all three because I’m 10 minutes late. Such a great team at this office, from the front desk to the entire medical team, the nurses, doctors and NP! Everyone has been incredible, they are all caring, tentative, personable, thorough and take the time answering all of our questions. We are so grateful!
