For the Alafaya office: Horrible patient services, and even worse billing practices. Go hear if you like to get shafted with balance billing. They make no compromise and even if you should not get billed upfront as in agreement with your health ins, getting money from the patient before even being seen is their policy. They can't even get the pharmacy to send the scripts to right. On numerous occasions they have sent it to the wrong pharmacy even after having them change AND make sure the have the most up to date pharmac... read more
Excellent Service! My son has been going there and the doctors and staff are very professional and you can tell they do a good job there. The place is always clean and staff is very friendly.
Excellent Staff! I personally don't have a child that goes there, but my sister takes her daughter and every time I go with them I am so pleased. We never waited any more than 10 mins to be called and everyone is so warm and friendly. When one day I have a child, I will not think twice to take them to First Choice.
Understaffed only one doctor for their patients. we had an appointment at 1045 and it is now 1202 and we still have not been seen. other than the cleanliness of the place there horrible..Find your self a new pediatrics office this place is not worth it. the waiting room can hold maybe 10 people if that.
