For the Alafaya office: Horrible patient services, and even worse billing practices. Go hear if you like to get shafted with balance billing. They make no compromise and even if you should not get billed upfront as in agreement with your health ins, getting money from the patient before even being seen is their policy. They can't even get the pharmacy to send the scripts to right.
