Tim and his team power washed and stained my deck. The deck hadn't been cleaned in years and had never been stained, and they did a fantastic job. Tim wound up replacing two boards with burn marks we didn't catch initially and did not charge extra for it. The deck also took on quite a bit more stain than expected as it had never been stained before. I was not charged for the extra time and materials.
