Unprofessional, I was charged for express shipping that I didn't get. I still have not received an antenna I ordered nearly a week ago that I paid extra for insurance AND second day air delivery. After an entire afternoon of trying to get the antenna, I was told that they had sent THREE antennas OVERNIGHT AND they have no idea when I will get one?? Horrible service. Do not buy from them. Takes 3 business days to ship a small order and this took so long even when I called constantly every day. Finally have them shipped it on Wednesday afternoon and they promosed that I will have the parts on Saturday. Did not received the part on Saturday. Do you self a favor don't buy from this company.
