we have been calling them all year to return to fix a retaining wall and walkway that shifted after the 1st winter. he showed up in spring and said he'd get back to us for repairs. we have been repeatedly calling and we cannot even get a callback. time to file a complaint
Communication was great and they did an excellent job. Even after I had made some adjustments to my original project. Pricing was competitive and I couldn’t be happy with end result.
Terrible. No other words. Our lawn looks awful and he wants more money to make it right. Should have listened to everyone who said not to go with this company. Lesson learned. 100% his response is something that "we did wrong." Even though we did exactly as told. The hydro seed was so few and far between.. I'm shocked any grass came in.
If I could give them minus stars I would. They put in a paver walkway and porch in the front of our house 4 years ago. Were supposed to give us yard too. Unfortunately the porch heaves in the winter and we can't open our front door. Their much touted "hydroseeding" completely failed and we still don't have a lawn 4 years later (we've had to do all we could do it ourselves). Calls and emails for the past 3 years have gone completely ignored and when we actually DO get an appointment, he doesn't show up. Yeah...you got our mon... read more
