We recently moved from a condo in Chicago to a 3 story townhouse. We had this company inspect our new home. We have moved in to find that there are a multitude of problems that should have been mentioned in the inspection report. It will now cost thousands of dollars to have them fixed and replaced. If we had known this, we never would have proceeded with the sale.
