Paul was fantastic. They showed up to our house on time and met with our realtor. We are relocating and was unable to be present, but he called me at the end to discuss any potential issues. The full report was given within 24 hours and it was very thorough and complete with pictures of everything. I felt confident in the home we were purchasing because of Paul, and in this day and age that is a relief. I would highly recommend them for any of your inspection needs. Paul did a fantastic job on our inspection. He was very thorough and let me follow and look over his shoulder the whole time. He took a lot of extra time to familiarize me with all components of our new home, explaining how they worked, what maintenance they might eventually need, and life expectancy of each. His report was very detailed, and very prompt. I would highly recommend Paul to any home buyer seeking an inspection.
