Sal was recommended to us by our realtor and was pleasure to work with through the home inspection process. He was prompt and professional. THe inspection was at noon on a THursday and we had the complete written report with the exceptions listed at 6:30 am the next day! He was very helpful to explain and show us things that did matter and didn't matter so much as we were going through all parts of the house. I spoke with sal about a mold issue I was having and while he claims it's not his specialty he offered me much knowledge and information on my best course of action. Potentially saving me major money. Seem like good people!
Great people skills. I was unsure of what a lot of the things in my inspection looked like from a normal ( no inspection experience ) person stand point. Sal was very thorough in explaining things to me( we even had a few laughs). Thank you for being so helpful
