As a disabled adult who depends on Medicaid caregivers every day, I trusted First Choice In-Home Care to keep me safe. Instead, I left feeling ignored, blamed, and unsafe. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO CARE AND ASSIST YOUR LOVED ONE. THE INCONSIST CAREGIVING IS RIDICULOUS. MY FAMILY HAS ONLY BEEN WITH THIS COMPANY A FEW MONTHS, SO FAR WEVE HAD 5-6 DIFFERENT CAREGIVERS, AND MULTIPLE CALL OUTS. WHAT DO YOU DO LAST MINUTE WHEN PEOPLE HAVE TO WORK AND DEPEND ON YOU FOR CAREGIVING FOR THEIR FAMILY MEMBER? YOU HAVE TO MISS WORK TO TAKE CARE OF THEM. ALSO, ELIZABETH HAS A SMART MOUTH AND SHE IS UMPROFESSIONAL AND PASSIVE AGRESSIVE. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY
Managers and HR do not know how to talk to employees. Very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I was shocked by the way I was treated. Zero manners and zero etiquette. I wish I could mention the names of the individuals involved, but out of respect and professionalism, I will not. One was a senior case manager and the other worked in HR.
