The owner of 1st choice working for the buyer forced a single mom (who teaches autistic children) to install very expensive unneeded equipment on her HVAC system to pass muster for her home to sale. This equipment was deemed not required and not needed by two other licensed HVAC techs and their term for 1st choice was "they must be trying to rip you off". Unless you want unneeded equipment, choose somebody else!
