Dan was great ! I highly recommend calling him for your next home. We ordered in mid July and had the house set end of September. We did have to do a few things to prep for it and a few things after it gets was set. But we where home for Christmas. Dan and the crew where great give first choice a call ask for Dan.

We just moved in to our new home, started this process expecting a headache, everyone says building a house it rough.. First choice made everything easy and straight forward. No back and forth, no hidden surprises ,so happy, Love our new forever home. Definitely would recommend them.
We had First Choice Homes build our first modular home. They made the process super easy and it moved along very quick. If you’re looking for a more affordable way to build a home and are looking for a great builder First Choice is who I would go with again!
Everything went as planned, very happy with layout of home, I wished I had gone with a three car garage
