My grandparents loss their home due to Florence. Due to so many stipulations where the old house use to be we had to press pause on the situation. Our ancestral home was damaged by Hurricane Florence and it was heart wrenching. This house was built by my husbands great grandparents in 1904. My husband was raised in that house and lived there until we were married in 1982. When my father-in-law passed away we moved back to N.C. to take care of the homestead. I wouldn’t recommend first choice homes to my worst enemy! The home is literally fallen apart the floors are separating the ceiling has cracks the walls have cracks all the trim in the house has never been caulked! They delivered the home and they put them two pieces together and said here ya go! My wife and I had to clean the house like it was a new construction home! I have had the home for 3 years I have already had to put a new roof on it now I have got to tear the floors up to fix them god knows what the consist of!! Ne... read more

Kenneth was our salesman he stayed on top of all that was going on an kept us informed of everything going on,an despite a few bumps along the way because of HOA regulations Mr Ken was there to meet them head on an resolve all issues. I would highly recommend doing business with First Choice Homes
