Tommy inspected our home in January 2024 before we purchased. Since then, we have had to replace several pipes under the house that were the incorrect size for drainage and now are being told the roof in installed “obviously incorrectly and horribly” in what is apparently a DIY from the previous owner. Had we been told this was an issue from our inspector, we would not have purchased the house. It’s rough to have 3 roofing companies ask who your inspector was because they’re so disgusted.
