Peter was very freindly and so knowledgeable... he was a home builder for many years, and it shows... I was very impressed with how thorough he was and with his attention to detail. He alerted me to 2 things which, though not immediately critical, could cause some big problems down the road, and they were easy and inexpensive to have repaired at this point.. I absolutely give him my highest recommendation. Thank you, Peter for a really nice job...
Peter was a great choice for getting our home inspected. He was prompt, very thorough, answered any questions we had and was very professional. When I used Peter for the first time, our contract on the house fell through but I wasn't hesitant in calling Peter back for our second home's inspection.

Peter was very knowledgeable, honest and down to earth. He was very thorough and even climbed on top of the roof and discovered a missing shingle on a NEW CONSTRUCTION finished home and also other issues that will get addressed by the builder thanks to the inspection report from him. The prices are very reasonable, and got the inspection report the same day. I definitely recommend first choice home inspections.
