Missed EVERYTHING – I have to think the last reviewer is either blissfully unaware, or never actually bought any of the properties this company inspected, so doesn't really know. I just wish I had found everything within the 2yrs the law gives you to sue for work like theirs. No wonder they don't have a physical address listed anymore, only a PO Box. They missed: The backyard had a flooding problem - another inspector later told me that should have been obvious by the type of weeds (not grass) that made up most of our yard. ... read more
Great Home Inspection – We used First Choice Home Inspection for two home inspections during our home search.
