We signed with first choice in Oct of 2021 and told 12-14 month total build time. After months and months of lying they final started clearing our lot in March of 23. The week before they started we had a call with jeff burch to discuss overages. He gave us the option of paying 20k more upfront or we could pay the invoices as they come. We picked the 20k. Scammers, they will steal your money don't bother.
Won't respond to calls or emails. They owe their subcontractors and won't pay their open balances, do not recommend. This has been going on for months and before the new year.
