Had an appointment at 11 am to get my fingerprints and photo done. Sat in the waiting room (which is tiny by the way) for nearly an hour after my appointment time. Nobody came out to check the sign in sheet or to see if anyone was waiting. Horrible service, just go to UPS.
Yesterday I went for fieldprint verification. Best place to go. Very polite and process was very smooth.
Scammed me out of a urine test. I waiting two weeks for a test that normally would return within 3-5 business days.
I went in to have my Personality DNA test completed. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. All questions I had were answered and I was in and out! I’ll be back to have one of the other DNA tests completed soon!
Came in for my fingerprinting service for my job, and it was very quick. The staff was very welcoming.
