The First Choice team that worked at our house did a great job. They were courteous and worked quickly. They communicated clearly about the work they were going to do.

I was so grateful for oneday service our hot water heater went out and I have a home warranty with American home shield. Which let's be honest sometimes puts you, let's just say not top priority, But that was not the case. They were out within 1 day and completely fixed and hot water running in just over an hour. He didn't leave a mess at all, and that is HUGE in my book. Overall great experience would recommend to anyone, and that says something since my husband works for a competitors.
