was supposed to have an afternoon appt window because i was taking time off work. No communication for when they would arrive and when I got home from work for my window there was a note that I missed them and their dispatch said the driver was already in washington mo at his next stop 50 minutes away (so never even waited for my appt window) and told I would have to reschedule, so take more time off from work.
Tyler was very professional and efficiently took care of our issue!
