Last week I developed a gas leak, contacted the gas company and they immediately came out, shut off my gas and told me to contact a plumber to get the leaks repaired. Contacted my warranty co with the info and they contacted First Choice. I contacted First Choice to verify arrival time. They told me the warranty co had marked a gas leak as "routine" but they knew it was "urgent" and would see if they could get a plumber out right away. We'll, they went above and beyond. Tim, Tyler and Glenda we’re all so helpful and very friendly. We had a few things done and they were very fast and respectful. They were incredibly clean and didn't leave a single scrap of debris or packaging behind.
Had Tim show up, and did a amazing job with a new water line install. Great work, good people. 100% would use again for any future work needed.
