My ac was not blowing cold air. I made a call after hours and they tried to get someone for that night but weren’t able to. They gave me a slot 8-10 am and at 8:20 am Lenny was already working on my system. My ac was working to optimal conditions not long after that.. Long story short - he was nothing less than great. Friendly and knowledgeable. I would def use them again. Oh and thankfully I’m still under warranty since I just installed the whole system in December. They’re a great team to work with.
Technician Lenny Zollner explained the problem he found and what he did to fix it. He was professional and courteous. Very pleased.
Angel was terrific. He solved the problem (no AC) right away. He was very knowledgeable, thorough & efficient. He has very good bedside manner, as they say. Well done!
Nick was amazing and he fixed the job without charging me 1000s of dollars.
We had Alex Dicrosta of First Choice come check our furnace today because it was leaking water when the AC was on. Alex diagnosed the issue quickly that it was a clogged pipe going from the water pump. He unclogged the pipe and confirmed that was the cause of the leak. Alex is extreme knowledgeable, friendly, and customer focused. He even checked the rest of the unit to make sure everything was working properly before he left. I will definitely request Alex the next time I need AC or heating service from First Choice.
