I had a free consultation from Jason McCue of 1st Choice of Metuchen, NJ. Jason was knowledgeable and professional in presenting all possible option to install a new ductless cooling and heating system that would benefit the homeowner.
Called for leak in ceiling coming from upstairs bathroom they sent a novice plumber mis diagnosed and charged 350 had to call back next day still leaking they did send out a new guy definitely mus diagnosed he said to get company for restoration they did come recommend pipe replace. 4 days no solution called local plumber got fixed one day. Called first choice to ask for some refund since never fixed All offered was next time free diagnosis but what good if free diagnostic when problem not solved. Excellent experience with First Choice Plumbing, Heating, HVAC and Electrical. We replaced our water heater and boiler with a high efficiency combination unit. Our Comfort Advisor Jason McCue was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining our options. The installers — Rob, Rob, and Ceserin — were professional, efficient, and did outstanding work. Everything was installed perfectly and they left the area spotless. Highly recommend!
Angel and Gio fixed an issue with our HVAC system a few weeks ago, right before the extreme cold snap here in NJ. First Choice sent them over the same day that I called and they arrived punctually. The initial problem diagnosis would have resulted in an even more expensive and lengthy repair, but Angel looked at it further and with Gio’s help ultimately fixed the issue speedily on the same day.
