We used First Choice to replace our HVAC and Furnace. They were excellent, efficient, and the price was extremely competitive. Both the AC and heat have worked great since then! Highly recommend them.

Very unprofessional & management has no customer service ethics. The only one in the office that has great customer service is Laura. She is exceptional. I wish she ran the business then I would not have had all the problems I had with this company.

Got a 40 gallon replacement water heater done same day. Cost was $3,200 ($3,000 for removal and installation, $200 for installing a shutoff valve for the gas line). Came with 6 year tank warranty, 2 years parts and labor. Tech also recommended a halo 5 water filtration system to replace/upgrade the decrepit water softener that came with the house; I declined, but that would have cost $6,000. Was this a fair price? Takes someone better informed than me to answer that.
