Alex,the technician, was excellent. He was informative, efficient and friendly. We look forward to having him do our spring air conditioning service. Angel was extremely helpful with my service. He understood when my car was broken down and I wasn't able to at the house. He called the dispatcher to schedule my appointment later in the day. Angel showed up and within minutes swapped out the components to get my AC Unit fixed and running on the hottest day of the year! I was not keen on dealing with AI, but when I finally spoke with a human and then the technician things were smooth.
