Had an issue with the old A/C not working texted Shane and he was by the next day. He seems to be available by phone, text email and whatsapp all the time and answers all questions. If I (customer) don't want something he will not push it on you. He is very hardworking, honest and knows what he is doing, and if somethings not right he will make sure it's right and explain the reasoning. Absolutely 5 stars. Called at 8 and was able to arrive by 10 and fixed our HVAC. Shane is so pleasant and smart, I would recommend him to anyone!
Shane was prompt in coming home and checking and fixing the issue. He even came on a Sunday to check the issue and resolved it. He works efficiently and explains the issue and the fix. Will definitely recommend for any hvac related work.
