Shane came right away on a Saturday morning when our furnace wasn’t working. He identified and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and reasonable. Would highly recommend.
We called Shane recently when we discovered our hot water tank was leaking from the base. He came immediately, diagnosed the problem and offered us solutions. With his help we decided on a Rinnai tankless heater and 2 days later he installed it!! His work was excellent, his prices very fair, he’s great to deal with, and best of all he came by a couple of days later to check that everything was working fine and we were happy with his job. Shane from First Choice replaced our 40 year old furnace which had died. Since this was a no heat situation he changed his schedule so that he could service our home. He is very knowledgeable helped us in the decision-making process on what size of furnace to get. He didn't try to oversell us rather educated us on what was required. I had a great experience with him I would highly recommend Shane for any of your HVAC needs.
