Our unit stopped working on Sunday afternoon. It's July and hot. Through your answering service, David came within 2 hours of my call. He found the problem and said it would be Monday before it could get fixed. I spoke with Kevin this morning and they will be here this afternoon. Thank you for your quick response.

John Mcbrayer was excellent. He was here on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 and he said once once he finished that someone would contact us about the problem and set up an appt to get it fixed. We are supposed to have a pad put under the air conditioner and have it leveled. We still hadn’t heard anything by last Friday and we called again and Mike told us he would get back to us later. Our ac quit working and David came to troubleshoot. He said something was wrong with our blower board but he wasn't sure on warranty info and was unable to fix anything until Monday when the office was open and able to order the part from the manufactuer.... the ac broke in Friday and it was 85 degrees in our hosue. It is summer and I thought it was a little ridiculous we would have to go the entire weekend without ac in the summer.
