The First Choice team was great to work with through the time that my dad was in hospice. The team was always *very* quick to respond and take action, no matter the time or day of the week. It was our family's first time going through the hospice process and they made the process easy, all things considered. Highly recommend!
Grateful to Nijoli (CNA) and nurses Michelle and Aaliyah for their dedication and care of my mom in her last phase of life. My mom many times said Nijoli was her angel and I believe that's true. Irina the director really cares and makes sure any issue is attended to promptly. Thank you for giving my mom comfort and dignity, First Choice. Would definitely recommend to others.

From our initial consultation to nearly six weeks following my mom's passing, they have gone above and beyond to ensure that she experienced a beautiful and dignified farewell. My heart struggles to find a simple way to describe our supernatural experience with First Choice. Our caregiver was Aaliyah Hoo Kim. She came in like a breath of fresh air, which gave us immediate comfort and relief. An unexpected God-moment suddenly occurred, initiated by the patient. Aaliyah is a faith-based woman, which felt like a specific blessing from our Lord. From the first meeting we knew the care would be competent, compassionate and kind. Care staff was available 24/7 and responded quickly. The services provided by the gentle and caring aide for her scheduled time 5 days a week were so helpful to alleviate the stress of needing to be there for every meal – she would help to feed her lunch on her days.
