if i could give less than 0 stars it would still not be enough for this insurance. Cannot even access the online provider search, when trying to input a group ID the website will not auto populate and the website will not allow you to search for a provider.
Ridiculous prior authorization requirements.

Please update your information. I’ve came across a lot of retired drs and permanently closed offices. Wasted hours of my time.
Super unhelpful customer service, called to ask a question about preventative coverage and they wouldn’t answer it. Will be switching insurance companies next year
