Was scalped after asking for only a trim.
Usually i love this place. Today I went in to get my hair bleached, the communication was not there at all and I left with something completely different than expected. After paying almost $200 I wish there was better conversation before hand.
I had a great experience! First haircut in almost 4 years and I feel incredible!
Extremely disappointed in my last visit. Elizabeth is clearly not equipped to work with sensitive people let alone a young girl. Her handwork was rushed, impatient and quite frankly rude. My daughter is young and shy. She was rushed to back with no initial discussion on what we wanted. When back at chair, she continued her wild drying and combing with no acknowledgement of tangles.
