Katie is always very prompt and efficient … awesome service
The worst haircut I ever got.
The worst haircut I ever got. The woman hairdresser there acted like she was surprised or upset that I was there for a haircut. I told her the type of haircut I wanted and she acted like she was upset or confused. She asked me how long or short I wanted each part of my haircut rather than giving me the haircut I wanted. I don't know how to cut hair, that is why I go to a hair salon or barber.
The stylist station was unkempt. Equipment was dirty. Loose hair on ledges and counter. My bangs are now cut crooked.
