Walked in at 11:30. Asked for appt time she advised return at 12:30 there are 2 in front of you. Returned at 12:15 different lady advised there are now 4 people in front of me and it would be an hour. “We only do first come first serve dear” i was advised. I questioned why when i was in about ago and she wrote me in appt book for 12:30 that this was not honoured. Sorry Dear it will be about 45 min.
