Incredibly disappointed in the lack of experience and pride some of the hairdressers have. My husband went in for a haircut and she did an absolute hack job on his hair. He explained to her exactly how he likes his hair cut, what number razor he likes each section to be and she did not listen to anything. On top of that she continuously sprayed water into his ears several times and pushed the comb so hard into his scalp he had red scratches on his head and was in pain afterwards. Very disappointing experience. The hairdresser started cutting my hair without asking or checking with me first, and if I hadn’t spoken up she would have kept cutting without question. The cut and dry together took almost two hours, and despite all that time my hair turned out super puffy and frizzy with no proper styling—just a basic blow-dry.
