Had a great experience today, and I wish I got the ladies name that did my hair cut so I could shout her out as she was very patient and understanding with me. Since it was only my second time in a salon to get my hair done, I didn’t know any of the terms to ask for, and she was very patient with my while I explained what I wanted. She was extremely polite and kind, and also did a great job with my fade/mullet haircut.
Carly was very good cutting my daughters hair!

My colleague came there the morning, She is extremely upset. The stylist did not know what she was doing, another stylist came over showed her on one side and then left the stylist to do the other side. She now has to pay to go have this fixed by someone else. She would like a refund, please reach out to make this better.
