First Choice Glass was a pleasure to deal with as I had a second floor spare bedroom window replaced that had broken seals. Kati was awesome during the quotation and scheduling and Ralph and his assistant did a great job on the install. So nice to be able to see out that window again, thanks.
They replaced a panel of my sliding glass door and now there is a huge gap on my sliding panel and will now not close all the way and I can barley slide it open and closed. I called for someone to come look at it and get it fixed when they arrived they pretty much said too bad and that it wasn’t their problem. How was it not their problem when the door was not like that previously??
