We got our second floor, stairs, guest room, and master carpet replaced with laminate floor by First Choice. Tony was fantastic helping us, TJ and Jafar also took good care of us. But mainly I want to call out Carlos and his Crue, they were fantastic and did an excellent job. They did over 1,000 ft in 2 days. We are very pleased with the result. They are very experienced and detailed. Pricing was transparent and clear from the beginning. Thank you all for a very satisfying experience!
TJ was awesome !! Him and his team were very patient and stayed with us as we took time to decide which floor we wanted to install . They were very responsive and cost effective and got the whole job done in just 5 days ( 1500 sq ft of ripping out tiles and install wood floors ) . They took care of the furniture even put sticky pads for us on the furniture . We are planning to use them again this spring for painting our house and cabinets . Highly recommended
We were incredibly pleased with the recent kitchen and living room remodel. From the initial design consultation to the final clean-up, the whole process was professional. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality renovation.
We had First Choice our upstairs carpet with laminate recently, and were very happy with the results. TJ and his team were very knowledgeable about the products and helped us pick the right flooring for us. The installation process was very smooth and was finished in a day and a half. We will definitely be using them again to do the rest of our flooring.
We had a great experience with First Choice Floors in renovating the downstair floors! Both TJ and Jafar accommodated my scope revisions and changes to the start date. What stood out was the communication between sales and the installer. Sometimes sales folks will agree to something just to get the sale and don’t follow through. Not in this case.
