The final repair to the wall is still pending. Waiting on insurance company to approve. I will post back the final outcome once completed. Based on my first two encounters, I can only expect I will be fully pleased with this service.

He could see from what was evident that we didn't need to do an extensive infrared examination that would have cost a lot more. He opened up a vent and said I was just fine and in fact I didn't need to do a thing. No charge. He was helpful, respectful and a pro.

Our neighbor leaked water into our kitchen damaging the ceiling and, pantry area, and over the laundry area. Mold was found. First Choice Fire and Water Damage Restoration his team dried out the area, sealed the affected area, and then repaired and painted the damaged area. He worked with us to make sure we were as inconvenienced as little as possible. The insurance paid for everything except our deductible ($1000), and he was very knowledgeable about the entire process working with the insurance company.

I asked First Choice Fire and Water Damage Restoration to carry out a timber survey on a property I was looking to buy and was very satisfied with the service they provided. They did a thorough timber and damp survey and highlighted several areas in need of attention. This is also very good for owners of existing properties as they can find and fix issues with damp before they become too much of a problem. Highly recommended for all damp and timber surveying.
