If I could leave less than one star I would. This is a fly- by-night agency. Dr. Maindriatta performed the least thorough exam I have ever encountered in my life and cut me off from much-needed benefits I was receiving for going numb from a car accident where I was hit by a distracted driver. Please if able, request a different doctor or a different agency. This place is only after payouts from the insurance agencies to get you off the claim.
I would give no stars if I could. Went there for a mandatory IME and doctor hershon spent a total of 90 seconds. He asked me no questions and somehow determined that I am no longer injured. My MRI results I received yesterday seem to disagree. The man is so senial he couldn't remember the last sentence he spoke to me. He kept asking me to do something and would move on to the next task immediately before I even had a chance to complete the task. First choice for the insurance company! Nothing independent about this place. If you get sent here be prepared! Doctors here are just in it for the big paycheck. They don’t care about what’s really going on.
Went for an evaluation. Paperwork states on letterhead 'suite #8'. Walked thru the mall to suite #8 where there is a sign. Evals in suite #1. Im on crutches. I wear a back brace. I mentioned this to the secretary. She laughed. After waiting for an eternity, I was seen by dr. Loser. I mean Luzi. Heads up- he is not a doctor. He's a rude little man w/a chip on his shoulder.
