Office staff keeps dropping the ball on an emergency auth for Ophthalmology. Suggested 2 doctors who don’t take my insurance. Couldn’t even be competent enough to send in a auth request for someone who did. Then called and left a message and said Ithat they couldn’t….The Whole system is incompetent. I take my daughter to Dr. Deeb, and he is so nice.
Dr Deeb is a knowledgeable and wonderful doctor. Unfortunately I'm going to have to go to another office because of his front desk staff. I'm not sure if they are overwhelmed with patients or what but the service is unacceptable. I have the flu so I called to cancel my appointment for later this week, I was immediately put on hold and sat there for 15 minutes.
