I came from my home country with health issues that were not properly treated. When I was referred to Dr. Waseem Deeb at First Choice Endocrinology, my life truly changed for the better. Dr. Deeb is a professional, compassionate doctor who truly cares about his patients. The staff, management, and doctors feel like one family—always welcoming, smiling, and respectful with everyone, young and old alike. I had a horrible experience with front desk (multiple times.) Every time you call they instantly put you on hold for 20+ minutes, then get on the phone and are rude, and have ZERO compassion. I went in to my appointment and had issues with the copay / insurance. Asked to speak to a supervisor / manager she is never available. The front desk decided to keep arguing with me in a front of everyone. They are hostile and frankly it’s unacceptable. I am very grateful for Dr Deeb and his staff. I always feel listened to and cared for when coming in. I know sometimes the wait time can be long, as they are a busy practice. But today was exceptionally quick. Dr Deeb does care, and he remembers things you’ve talked about previously and actively knows what’s going on with you. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise and I’m grateful to be under his care!
