RecommendedWe were in town from GA for our son's graduation from Lackland. My husband was still fighting a cough and had trouble breathing on a Saturday night. The facility listed by our VRBO did not get good ratings so I googled and found this facility. Wife had what we thought was a insect bite. Went to 9211 Potranco Road at est 3am Sat morning, and was able to walk in and get treated within minutes. Very friendly morning staff and Doctor. They treated my wife with friendly professionalism, with extended care, above and beyond the call of duty. Recommended. Thank you staff and Doctor. Oh, plus the fact we had to drive from Lytle, Tx.
nice staff, no wait time, very expensive, mis diagnosed my husband. he ended up in hospital the next day with sepsis and pnuemonia for 5 days in houston. your doc said he had gastro virus and clean chest xray.
So I had to get a cut on the palm of my hand stitched up tonight. Since it was a work injury I called before hand, to find out what I needed to bring. The young lady at the desk was VERY helpful, as was the rest of the staff when I arrived. They made the process as easy and painless as it could be. Well except for the stitches. Not much they could do about that sting. If I have the need for ER service in the future, it'll be here.

Very friendly staff, staff explained that they are an ER facility not a walk in clinic. I was good with that. Didn't wait 2 mins and my child was taken back to a room to be examined. Nurses were awesome and caring. Doctor was great with my child, explained in detail his injury, home care and what to watch for in the next few days. The next day a doctor called, not a nurse, to check on child, answered all my questions and if I had any other concerns to call them. Loved how we were seen right away! Great, friendly staff! The only down fall, was we had to return the next day to get the pain under control. But other than that, I'll keep going there!
Awsome place..Doctor and Nurse's are great...Was in and out with in the hour
The staff was very caring and efficient. I was in alot of pain and they were great and took excellent care of me . Dr. Haines waa great and very informative and helpful. The follow-up was great.
