People stay away! Forty five minutes into the ER room First Choice Emergency Room in Rosenberg, Texas. For a non-life threatening emergency, I got a bill for $11,100.00, if I do not pay $1328.72 every month they will send the bill to collections (AMCAL) and they will report negatively to the credit bureaus. Terrible. Abusive! People stay away. F rating on BBB, also they place positive reviews for every negative one. A Class Action Lawsuit likely.
This place by far was the best emergency care I have ever seen the staff was absolutely awesome Jennifer our nurse was so attentive and caring helpful I could go on and on the doctor was amazing they took us in right away and tended to Brielle right away I will choice this ER over any ER in the future thank you so much first choice emergency in Rosenberg you guys were amazing!!
I’ve taken my son here twice and I loved it! Very professional and outstanding. So when I need to go to the ER? I chose First Choice in Rosenberg with no second thoughts. I’m reading all these awesome reviews and can say I have experienced the same treatment in the pass. But after today it was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. The doctor was rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t even tell you his name cause he never introduced himself. He just walked in and asked How can I help you? As if I was asking for a manager at Walmart.... read more
The entire experience was excellent. The staff was amazing. I even received a check up call after the visit to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely recommend this ER to anyone.
I just left First Choice Emergency Room in Rosenberg with my 3 year old. We arrived around 8:30 and were in and out within an hour. The receptionist greeted us with a cheerful smile, the nurses were wonderful, and Dr. Bajwa was so awesome! We had a wonderful experience. My son left laughing and smiling. Although I don't hope to be back soon, it is very comforting to know we have great care so close to home.
Staff was friendly, my husband was seen immediately. The thing that bothered me however was the Nurse did not wash her hands or wore gloves when she drew blood and gave my husband a shot. Very unsanitary! From my understanding, part of health safety in medical facilities requires to wear gloves when drawing blood at all times!
