RecommendedI am 20 weeks pregnant and rushed to this ER last night because I was having severe pain (kidney stone), and everyone here was quick to help me. There was no wait, I was immediately seen, and everyone I interacted was friendly and informative. Don’t go here! I visited here on New Years Day for treatment and they delayed processing my insurance until mid March. This resulted in shutting down my FSA account. I am still trying to correct the situation.
Avoid at all costs..My wife went in for flu symptoms, received an injection and was out in 50 minutes and then they sent an outrageous bill of $5000.00. I am still figuring out what are these charges for? AVOID IF YOU CAN staffs were nice though..
AVOID at all costs! If I could rate zero stars I would. While the physicians and nurses are very nice, but this place is a RIP OFF! My daughter had a rash on her face, and we went there after hours to get it looked at. We were there for 20 mins and they gave her a shot. The bills were more than $3,000! They coded her treatment as a trauma level 4, which is absurd. Nurse Carlos is excellent!! His bedside manner is top notch. My 5 year old fell off his bike and broke his arm, Carlos explained everything to him and made him not so scared with the cast and sling.
DO NOT go here! This place comes off looking like it's an Urgent Care. Well, when you get your bill in, you learn quickly that their is a HUGE difference. Our daughter was running a 104 fever, and we were out of town. We looked for what we thought was the nearest urgent care. We landed here. A stethoscope and a teaspoon of motrin later, BAM $778.
