FCER was a very fast visit was in an out within 2 hours , great service provided by Jennifer, Joel, Jan and Reifenberg. All great workers and very helpful with finding out what was wrong with me.
The staff was very friendly and I was in and out of there fast!! Awesome, will be my first choice for er's in the future!!!!!!

My wife went here for symptoms of vertigo and nausea. The staff was awesome and there was no wait time to be seen. Katie in the front desk did a great job to ensure we got checked in quickly. The nurse Lio did a great job checking on her and making sure she was comfortable at all times. Dr. Pavlik also did fantastic job explaining everything and making sure my wife was taken care of. Super fast service, professional and welcoming, easy visit. I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff were all attentive, listened to my concerns, and provided me with clear information and instructions. They also have fully stocked facilities for complete service. If you need to visit an ER, I recommend going here.
This is the first ER where I have ever felt extremely cared about. My mother was seen immediately. They were very welcoming and caring. I will definitely use First Choice as my main ER. The entire staff was so sincere and helped relieve my worry. Here their main concern is actually about the patient and helping them, not money. From the bottom of my heart I appreciate you and what you stand for. It very hard to find genuinely good hearted people and that is exactly what First Choice represents.
I'm so glad I chose to go to First Choice Emergency Room. It is so convenient and close to my home. As soon as I walked in I was taken to the room and waited on. The staff is so wonderful and nice. I had to have several test done and I didn't have to wait long for the results. I will definitely be visiting them again if I need to in the near future.
Excellent customer service. From the time we went through the front door they took care of me. They were professional and answered and of my questions.
Great place to go to very fast and everyone was Professional, some places is clean. Looks like a regular hospital but better,All of my needs were met when you get back in the room they ask you if you want coffee ,water ,soda anything to drink.
